About me

Lately i have ben going to many large food truck rallies or gatherings. I often times meet people who are interested in me because of my obssession over these trucks. MY most frequently asked questions are:
- whats your favorite truck?
- how many trucks have you tried?

It is hard to decide which truck is truly my favorite. I have a hard time choosing because i have such strong relationships with many of the truck owners. I do have some that i like but i prefer not to disclose that so that no one will be offended. It all depends on what type of cuisine then i can tell you the best truck that is dishing up that meal. I have tried many trucks weather in LA, NYC, Seattle, and Vancouver. I have lost count but i have tried many trucks.

Buttermilk Truck

The buttermilk truck
I love breakfast foods. I also love the idea of food trucks serving breakfast foods. The breakfast foods from buttermilk were good bvut i was expecting better. There was a lot of hype about this truck which excited me to try it but the food on the truck was not as good as i had anticipated. It could have been what i got that wasn't good but the service put me in a bad mood. Personally i was expecting more but what i got waas satisfying enough. I had gotten the french toast sticks which were on the dry and burmt side and also the pancakes which were bland. I expected more and i had expected better but it was sufficient. this truck is not for the picky eater.

Don Chow Tacos

Don Chow Tacos

What made me want to try Don Chow Tacos is when i first viewed the truck on the Food Network Tv show Diners Drive-ins and Dives. Guy feiri made the truck seem so good that i went out and found it and consumed what ever seemed to me to be the most delicous. Personally it was a different experience with a different type of cuisine for me to try. It was a mix between one of my favorite mexican resturants as well as my favorite chinese food combined. It was quite different for my pallette but may i say it was quite tasty. I got a tofu Torta which was good and i have never in my life had a torta like that before. i would recomend this truck for the adventurous eater.

Pita Pusher

The Pita Pusher

When i first tried the pita pusher the first words that came out of my mouth where "Wholy F#u% this $#!t is good." With that being said, i really enjoyed my meal from the pita pusher. I got a first for me which was a falafel burger which was very delicious and to seal the deal the garlic sauteed potatoes. My meal was incredible and by far unforgettable. The best Med. food out there and by the way it is way better than any resturant i have ever tried.

This is the best mistake that has ever happened to me. I was waiting in line for the wrong truck so i just ordered some food from papas tapas. In my life i have never had such a good taco. I was truly suprised. The food is fresh. The tapas oh so good. i was very happy to go back. My favorite thing is the sauce that goes on top of the tacos. The truck is very cool because it is very simple. I had the veggie taco which was delightful. My grandma had the shrimp tacos which she said was the best taco she ever ate.

I was very pleased to find great choices in what to order and everything on the menu all seems delicious. The truck is owned by chef Brian Hill who has been on the last two seasons of Private Chefs of Beverly Hills as well as the first season of Top Chef . When it comes to the kitchen the comfort truck knows how to prepare a good comforting and hearty meal to go. What sets this truck apart are the simple flavors of the food. Tornado Potato

Tornado Potato
This is a genius idea for a snack type food truck. The truck serves potatoes that look like potato. The texture is quite odd it is a mix between a french fry and a potato chip that is hot and well seasoned. The downside of this truck is that the only thing that it serves are potatoes. I dont know how they get the potatoes to look like a tornado but it just makes the experience of this nouvelle type street food more fun and enjoyable.
Type of food: Tornado Potato
what to get: sour cream and onion tornado
price: fair it could be lower since it is just a potato but it is kind of worth it
downside: it is very addicting

I recently got food poisoning from this truck. I will never eat here again. The staff is rude. The food is horrific and atrocious. I wouldn't even serve it to my dog its that bad. My advise never eat here ever. Its terrible and unedible and shouldnt even be a food establishment.

vizzi

vizzi
An exceptional truck with exceptional food. The sliders are unreal and as far as I am concerned it is the only truck that serves up truffle in one of their dishes. The food is quite good. When eating you can be entertained with the two TVs mounted on the front and the back of the truck. My absolute favorite thing is how they can make a pairing with three of the best things which are Hawaiian sweet bread, 3 amazing choices of meat, and truffle popcorn. What could be a better way to satisfy ones craving.

The food is a fusion between traditional korean food and traditional mexican food. it is something that should be tried by most people to get the true experience. The food is fantastic i recomend going late night for dinner to experience the best time.

It is all great and cooked to perfection before serving. I highly reccomend this truck to anyone from kids to adults.
